FEES
RBTCS does not require any deposit or down payment to be made prior to Registration Day except for the application fee. For the fee schedule, please click here: Download Fee Schedule
The tuition fee (excluding textbook fee) for the year 2006-2007 will be S$2,400. If you do not pay the full tuition on Registration Day, you must be prepared to pay a minimum of S$300. The remainder of the tuition fee will be payable in seven equal monthly payments beginning in September and ending in April. (There will be no payment for December). The tuition fee schedule is as follows:

Acceptable forms of payment include cash (Singapore dollars only), bank drafts, money orders or cheques made payable to “Rhema Bible Training Center Singapore”. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, TRAVELLERS CHEQUES, NETS OR FOREIGN CURRENCIES.
A fee of S$25 must accompany the application. A late application fee of $25 will be charged to any person who submits their application after the specified deadline.
A late registration fee of S$25 will be charged to any person who does not enroll on registration day. Registration is defined as being physically present on the specified Registration Day and paying a minimum of S$300.
STANDARD STUDENT CONTRACT
RBTCS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the CaseTrust for Education status by Case Trust.
Both local and international students who are accepted by RHEMA Bible Training Center Singapore will have to sign a Standard Student Contract. For more information, please visit http://www.case.org.sg/casetrust5.htm
Local students are required to sign the Standard Student Contract but the STFI is optional.
STUDENT PROTECTION SCHEME
The Student Protection Scheme (SPS) serves to protect students’ fees in the event a Private Education Organisation (PEO) is unable to continue operations due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure. It also protects the students if the PEO fails to pay penalties or return fees to students arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
We are pleased to announce that RHEMA Bible Training Center Singapore has obtained the Student Tuition Fee Insurance (STFI) with NTUC-Income Insurance Co-operative Ltd (Master Insurance Policy No 1000000126).

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
(A) Withdrawal for Cause
The student has a right to withdraw immediately from the course by completing a Request For Withdrawal Form, informing RBTCS of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances:
(1) RBTCS fails, for any reason, to commence the course on the commencement date;
(2) RBTCS fails, for any reason, to complete the course by the completion date;
(3) RBTCS terminates the course for any reason prior to the completion of the course; or
(4) RBTCS is in material breach of its obligations as spelled out in the Standard Student Contract.
In such withdrawal cases, RBTCS shall refund to the tuition-paying student the entire amount (100%) of the tuition fees within 14 days of receiving the Request For Withdrawal Form. RBTCS will assist him/ her in signing the necessary papers/ forms to effect the withdrawal, and/ or in the cancellation of the student pass (if applicable).
(B) Withdrawal Without Cause
If the student decides to withdraw from RBTCS at any point in time for any reason other than those listed in Section (A), the same procedures apply. However, the tuition fee (which excludes non-refundable fees) will be refunded in full to the tuition-paying student only if he/she withdraws within 5 days (inclusive of non-working days) from the commencement date of the course. The tuition fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if the student withdraws after 5 days. RBTCS is not liable for any payments or deposits made to third parties.
